Terms and Conditions
To make a reservation please contact us either by telephone or e-mail (both of these are found at the top of this page) to confirm dates and the number of rooms required.
Before booking please be aware of the following;
1. To secure rooms we require a deposit by credit / debit card details over the telephone. All deposits are non-refundable and for any cancellations, full payment will be required if we cannot re-let the room. For bookings made at short notice without a deposit we will require full payment on arrival.
2. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time.
3. Rooms should be available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Rooms need to be vacated by 10:00 am.
A 20% deposit (subject to £20 minimum per room) is payable at the time of booking . This may be paid by cash or debit/credit card. The balance for your stay is payable on arrival. When you make your booking, and after we receive your deposit or your credit/debit card details to secure your booking, a legal binding contract exists between us. Deposit will be refunded and the booking can only be cancelled if you notify us 48 hours or more before your expected arrival date. Otherwise you will remain liable for charge of 1 night stay.
If you need to cancel your reservation, any deposit or prepayment will be refunded, providing that you notify us 7 or more days before your expected arrival date. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your expected arrival date you should let us know and if we are able to re-let your room we shall cancel any charge (less a £5 administration charge). In other circumstances you will remain liable for one night’s charge.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a guests stay with us, if we deem them to be disorderly, under the influence of drugs, or they disturb other guests enjoyment. This means the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect and NO refund will be payable.
We accept all major credit/debit cards:
We accept most major credit / debit cards such as Maestro, Visa and Master Card. We do not accept American Express. There will be a 2% surcharge against credit card transactions and a 1% surcharge on debit cards. This is for final balances and does not apply to deposits.
Cash : We accept cash payment for accommodation – please do not send any money in the post for deposits.
We no longer accept cheques.
A charge of £50.00 will be deducted from your card if keys or are lost or taken home. If returned within 7 days you will be refunded minus 10% cover charge for any lock changes required
Check in and Checkout:
Unless prior special arrangement have been made, guests may check in from 15:00 till 20:00. We would be grateful if guests could indicated their approximate arrival time.
Breakfast is available between 08:00 and 09.00 (booking essential)
For dietary requirements or special requests , please advise at time of booking
Parking permits can be issued on arrival for a £20 deposit and would be refunded when they return the permit.
Pembroke Park is designated ‘Non-Smoking’. This is in accordance with UK legislation and we would therefore have to ask you to leave immediately if you are found smoking on the premises. Any payments made will not be reimbursed and further charges may occur for lost business as a result of your actions.
Unless we or people in our employment are proved to be negligent, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property (including vehicles) during their stay. It is recommended that you take out the relevant holiday insurance to cover this.
In keeping room charges to a minimum, we have to charge postage & packaging on all left items that need returning. Please contact us as we do not automatically return property.
